New connection W724V not working

Hello, 

My router has been installed this morning by a technician who told me to wait for about 10 minutes for the lights to come on. He added, if it doesn’t then you do a manual configuration. I don’t speak German and everything is in German, so I asked him what if I have to do a manual configuration, can’t you help? He said „it will automatically setup”. He left and since then I can’t connect to Internet only the status and WLAN are permenantely on and the rest are off. No access to internet, I have called Telekom but no answer. I need solutions if not I am switching to another service. Telekom your customer service is very poor and unbelievable. We don’t pay to receive such treatment and you’re not the only internet service you have to keep that mind. I hope I will get a quick solution from your service.
