New Modem Installed

A new modem has been installed ( fiberglass Modem) I was told I will receive activation email. the email neve came. I called the hotline and I couldn't get any help because they don't speak english and we could not understand each other. 

How do i get my internet activate . Currently the green light on the modem is blinking.

    This seems to be something only the support team can help with. For them to be able to reach out to you, you'll need to update your community profile with your customer ID, a phone number you can be called at and ideally a timeframe during which you can receive a call.

    Data in your profile is visible to the support team only. Us regular users can only see whether something has been entered at all, but not what has been entered.

    Thanks everyone. the issue has been resolved I called the support hotline and was able to get help in English and it was swift.
