No Internet Connection After Entering "Zugangsdaten" in the Modem Page

Hello everyone, I have to use DSL until my Fiberglass extension is setup.

Today, I have received my modem and the Zugangsdaten letter. I powered modem, entered into modem configuration page and entered "Zugangsdaten" correctly. I think my line is active since a webpage is automatically opened: https://anschlussinfo.de/ with my line-id.

Modem's DSL page, modem's physical screen and my Windows says I should be connected to the internet. On the other hand, I have an appointment on 26  May. My questions are;

  1. Can it be done fully automatically if I have necessary data from Telekom and some computer knowledge
  2. Line "seems" to be active, do I really need a technician to come my house?
  3. There might be multiple type of accounts. I logged into telekom.de with the same credentials of this forum. When I tried to add my contract, the page only lets me enter phone number, not a contract number. My Internet contract has 3 assigned phone number, I entered the first one and it says I need to login to Telekom on a different account. Check the attachments for screenshot. Do I need to create another account for internet contract? I have never had a mobile phone contract with Telekom but this forum account seems to be defaulting to mobile phone contract.

      When will your contract be activated? Looks like this date has not yet arrived...

      I couldn't specifically find a place it starts on but indirectly I think, it starts on 14 May. Can I call customer service today and start my billing and internet now? I wasn't going to be home on 14 May, so I moved my montage termin to 26 May(got confirmation via SMS too). If I can handle myself and start it, I would like to.

      Hello @Mck89,

       

      as @Stefan has already correctly written, it is unfortunately not possible to bring forward the delivery date. Your landline will be activated on the predetermined date.

       

      If you need Internet before then, you also have the option of getting mobile Internet from us. Is this of interest to you?

      Before 26 May, landline is optional to me. Wanted to finalize before I go for a holiday. I would like to ask 2 new questions though

      1. my contract mentions 14 may. It was also Montagetermin date. I changed that date to 26 May. Is my billing date also moved with my montagetermin date?
      2. i tried to use telekom login sent by letter. Despite wuadruple checking, zugangsnummet is not accepted by the system. Here is the link to that login page: https://accounts.login.idm.telekom.com/factorx  (Zugangsnummer option). What may be the problem?

      @Mck89,

       

      as you have postponed the provision date to 26 May, both the connection and billing will start from this date.

       

      For the same reason, your Telekom LogIn isn't working at the moment. It will be activated when the connection starts.
