No internet for over 1 week now.

Hello,

My Telekom WiFi has been down since last Monday. Status light and WLAN light is on. WiFi connection allows you to connect but no internet. Not sure what to do because I tried calling Telekom no one helps me because I don’t know German and they end the call.
