No internet for the last week

I booked a transfer of contract to my new apartment but one week after the Telekom technician made the fiber connection I don't have internet. There is supposedly and NIMBUS ticket open. When will my fiber internet work?

Dear @loneranger2526,
I am sorry that your Internet hasn't been working for a week. Unfortunately, you mentioned a NIMBUS ticket. That's a bad sign. It means there are errors in Telekom's databases that must be fixed manually. I.e. a Telekom employee has to go through the databases step by step to identify and correct the error(s). That will take time and can last much more than one week.
I keep my fingers crossed that the error will be fixed fast.

Hi @loneranger2526,
while I was trying to get a new technician appointment for you, one of their experts was able to activate your connection remotely. You should have an active signal, just connect something to your modem.
If that doesn't work, please let me know.

Hi @Sören G.
Thank you for the call and helping me with the issue. I am still seeing the green light on the Glas-faser Modem 2 as blinking and not solid green. I have a Speed Port Smart 4 router connected to it, and it shows no internet. I also cant browse any websites while being connected to Wi-Fi from the speed port smart 4 router.
