I made a contract with Telekom to provide DSL at my new apartment. After booking the Installation date in 3 days, I received today an e-mail stating "We can't give you a date yet. There are currently no suitable lines available at your desired location. We are planning a structural expansion to connect you to our network.".

However, we have a Telekom box in our apartment building, so how come they say there are no suitable lines?

Anyone with a similar situation? I cannot speak with the support Line as unfortunately I dont speak german yet.
