Problem regarding ordering internet connection

Hello,I was trying to apply for Magenta Home L flex. While filling the form it asked for landline number (mandatory). However, neither me nor my landlord knows the landline number. Now I am unable to order for the connection. And having internet by May 1, 2024 is highly necessary for me. If I could get some help to order internet as soon as possible it would be great. I don't know German as a result I can't even talk to the customer care service. Thank you.

Good evening @Sven Ö. Thank you for your call. And today I visited the Telekom store and they helped me and I have ordered the suitable connection (as suggested by him).

However, the problem is solved. I visited the Telekom store. They helped me out quite smoothly and patiently.
