Problem regarding ordering internet connection

Hello,I was trying to apply for Magenta Home L flex. While filling the form it asked for landline number (mandatory). However, neither me nor my landlord knows the landline number. Now I am unable to order for the connection. And having internet by May 1, 2024 is highly necessary for me. If I could get some help to order internet as soon as possible it would be great. I don't know German as a result I can't even talk to the customer care service. Thank you.

      However, the problem is solved. I visited the Telekom store. They helped me out quite smoothly and patiently.

      Hi @Sven Ö. ,

       

      I am also having similar problem.

      Please let me explain the steps I went on:

       

      - Checking connection for the address ("Become a Telekom landline costumer" box is ticked)
      - Packet selection (Magenta Zuhause L Flex)
      - Router selection (Speedport Smart 4)
      - To checkout -> Customer data

       

      In the "personal data" section, it wants "landline phone number" as a must to continue (although I am not taking over previous tenant's internet).


      Do I have to have this information to purchase telekom internet tariff, by using the website?
      If I do not, how should I continue to the form on the website?

      I would be very happy if you can support me by answering my questions,
