(R006) DSL ANTWORTET NICHT (KEINE DSL-SYNCHRONISIERUNG).

Hi,
Since almost always I have my router that restarts when it wants, a couple of times to N times a day, week, ... in the long I have this error in the title followed by another ((R013-0)PPPoE-Fehler: DSL-Synchronisierung verloren.)
I have changed the modem several times, a technician came to my house without solving the problem, I called Telekom last Friday and they sent me a 5G modem as a temporary solution, I just received it today (I just tested it and it does not work).

Today my internet keeps going down:

Is there a solution to this error or do I just have to change the provider?

      Hier Kannst Deine Leitung mal Vorprüfen und auch eine Meldung absetzen

      Your line seems to be disrupted. You can use this link https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung to trigger an automatic line check; after that you can file a disruption report.

      Each time I call Telekom they test the line and say : every thing is perfect.

      I did the test and here is the result (The line looks OK):

       

      Wir haben die Leitung Ihres Anschlusses geprüft. Unsere Messungen haben für die letzten 24 Stunden keine Auffälligkeiten erkannt.

      Hinweis:Bei den Messungen prüfen wir die Leitung zwischen der Vermittlungsstelle der Telekom und dem Punkt, an dem die Leitung bei Ihnen zu Hause endet. Das ist entweder an der sogenannten TAE (Telefon-Abschluss-Einrichtung) oder – bei Glasfaseranschlüssen – am ONT (Optical network termination).
      Die TAE oder der ONT sind fest bei Ihnen installiert und daran ist der Router angeschlossen.

      The system messages that you have posted do not show a single case of router restart.

       

      Looks like the router is stable - but your DSL connection is not.

      If you change the provider but stick to DSL that will not help you.

       

      Pls do write more about your tariff and the router. And whether you have dlan/ Powerline adapters in use (that you should NOT use in case of DSL Vectoring MagentaZuhause M or higher)

       

      A frequent reason for a not stable DSL connection (also MagentaZuhause M tariff or higher) is a bad cabling from APL (...cellar) to TAE plug. Or if there is more than one TAE plug.

      The technician came today. After some checks, he changed the plug, he has a doubt that the problem could come from there.
      As he suggested, I will wait a couple of days to see if the problem is solved and I will give you a feedback here.
