Guten Tag,

Ich habe einen Festnetz Vertrag der momentan reduziert 19.95€ kostet nun ist die Rechnung diesen Monat 40€. Könnte jemand mir die Rechnung erklären? Ein Posten ist als Gutschrift aufgelistet wird mir jedoch als minus angerechnet.
