Router Online nicht leuchtet

On the router that does not light online.
This has been the case since 28.11.2019. On that day, the agent of the customer center said it is a problem with the router and received a new router on 30.11.2019. Unfortunately, the same problem persists.

The favorite router type here in this forum is the model : "The router" - withount mentionning
type, installed firmware version etc.
W h i c h router do you use - a Speedport?
Furthermore, the router logfile would be very helpful.
For an easy clarification, plse complete
under Profile Settings (“Profil”) - My Settings (“Meine Einstellungen”)
your customer no. (“Kundennummer”) and your phone number (“Rückrufnummer”)
(unless already done).

These data can be read only by you and the
Telekom employees.
So that a direct communication is much easier.
Request for short entry as soon as your data are stored

Just for your information:
"Kabelanschluß" means that n o t Telekom is your internet provider but another provider.
So I assume you mean the cable between router and Telekom socket, don't you?

Sorry, ich meinte, die Verkabelung für das Internet wurde an der APL getrennt.
