Speedport Pro unable to establish DSL tunnel

Hello,

My Speedport Pro is unable to establish a DSL tunnel. I am currently running on LTE . I've tried to reset the device multiple times and reestablishing the connection with no success. The device originally had three yellow lights and then went to one green and one yellow. I have entered in the correct DSL access data. Is my device faulty, is the telephone port bad, or is the DSL servers no good in my area? Please help.

      When pressing the Establish Connection it loads for a minute or two and this error pops up. DSL In the scheduled time no DSL connection could be established. Probably a fault occurred. Please wait a few minutes and try it again.

      Thank you for responding back. I have spoken to a representative about 15 minutes ago, she has ordered a replacement Speedport Pro for me. This issue has been starting since 2100 on 11082020. Hopefully the new device works. I will update the status of the new device once received.
