Telekom technician will come on 26th December.

Hello Telekom,
Today I had my appointment with the Telekom technician, after some time of checking the house connection and testing few stuffs on my apartment, he stated that he will need more time to work on this line, he asked about my availability and I sated that I am available Tomorrow ( Friday ) or Monday which he confirmed it is fine since he has no empty slots Friday.
Now when I open the link that Telekom sends me I see that the appointment was set to Monday, but not next Monday the one after which is 26th December 2022 … but is it not a public holiday in Germany?
I am using my internet for work and would appreciate if the problem can be solved as soon as possible ( within the capacity )
* Please keep in mind that my German skills are not that good, so probably I miss understood the Telekom technician.

but is it not a public holiday in Germany?
It is indeed. I would not expect any technician appointments on this date (except for larger scale emergencies). Probably a system error in the booking platform.

Thank you for your response, Actually restarting the router didn't hep.
I used another old router that I have (Fritzbox 7510) instead of my current router (Fritzbox 7590) and I didn't had any disconnection since yesterday 23:36, so I assume that my new router is defective.
Everything is working perfectly now!

I just checked the line again and I can't see any disconnections since last night.
So please keep an eye on it. If the connection keeps dropping again, please write to us here.

and thank you very much for the pleasant call. As already told, I just sent an e-mail to the local technicians with the question and I am sure, that we will get an answer.
If not, we can be sure, that the appointment is correct.
