Telekom Upgrade Not Available

Usually we used to get a Pop-up to look at upgrade in Telekom in Up Coming months, but unfortunatly for last few months we are not able get any pup-up why it is so? Actually i am eagerly looking forward for an upgrade in my area so i would really need this service.

Please do not open multiple posts. If there is no window to inform you about any upgrades it probably means it is nothing planned yet. The blue areas show you where the next upgrades are.
