The technical department is useless and laughable.

vor 2 Monaten

I moved 2 months ago September 1st. I had informed telekom 3 months before August 1 because I knew they were incompetent, but in the end their incompetence is much more than I thought.

Beginning of September I should have internet, I didn't realize I didn't because the move took a week and I hadn't connected the router.

When I connected it I called to inform that I don't have internet and then they were trying to find out what happened, they told me that they have a problem with the cables and until October 16th it will be ok.

October 14-15 a rather external partner came to check the line, he told me it's Super and I should talk to Telekom to check the line.

So I call Telekom and they tell me that they have a problem with the cables and I have to wait, October 16th they call me and tell me that they finally have a problem with the cables and I will have to wait until November 6th, that's when I started to go crazy, but I can't do much, I waited, yesterday was November 6th I received an sms that they still have a problem with their cables.

And today a lady called me and told me that they will have a problem until December 4th. tell me now you if I say you are incapable and useless if I am to blame.

I m almost ready for a call 4th December to tell me that they still have cable problems.

This is a joke.

In my country that would 100% be 2 weeks tops.

Germany concerning internet lives 50 years in the past.

The only good thing about the whole situation is that I have a LTE mobile internet but it's not that good. Bit slow but does it's job.

Why you live in Germany when in your country everything is so great?

The Cable is defective and it has to be fixed, where is the joke?
Then switch to a LTE " href="https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Glossar/ LTE /ta-p/4500890#glossar" target="_blank"> LTE only contract and cancel your contract for the landline.

If you believe it or not:
If you have a fiber optic socket in your apartment, you can have fiber within the next business day Fröhlich

The joke is that 3 months to fix a defective cable is wayyyyy to much time. And we r not done yet.

And no I don't have a fiber optic outlet.

When you knew that, why didnˋt you take an other provider?

The only useful way to solve your mentionned problem is:

Informing the Telekom staff here - I did so.

You already completed your personal profile.

Please write down a time  slot in which you can be easily reached via mobile phone (at least 4 hours).

    Thks.

Good evening @Ioannis Papadopoulos , I just checked the line and have seen, that the port is online again. Can you approve, that the connection is working again?

    Kind regards Sven
