I cannot close the Agreement with Telekom about 6 months and we pay every month 35,77 € for nothing.
I fulfilled on-line Telekom form about the request to cancel the Agreement as we move from one address to another on August, 27 (or 28th) 2022. The new apartment rent Agreement already included internet services.
We don't use Telekom internet services from 1st September, 2022 and send back the equipment for internet on October,10th 2022.
I tried to cal help center 08003301000 but no success with robot.
Our Agreement started 30.07.2021. Don't we have any chance to stop it as we pay twice for internet, to the owner of a new apartment and old rent address?
