Trotz Umzug weitere Abbuchung

I cannot close the Agreement with Telekom about 6 months and we pay every month 35,77 € for nothing.
I fulfilled on-line Telekom form about the request to cancel the Agreement as we move from one address to another on August, 27 (or 28th) 2022. The new apartment rent Agreement already included internet services.
We don't use Telekom internet services from 1st September, 2022 and send back the equipment for internet on October,10th 2022.
I tried to cal help center 08003301000 but no success with robot.
Our Agreement started 30.07.2021. Don't we have any chance to stop it as we pay twice for internet, to the owner of a new apartment and old rent address?

I created your post as a separate thread.
You made your post in someone else's thread.
You can't just cancel just because there's a connection at the new location.
You have to apply for a move according to the TKG (Telecommunications Act).
If the contract cannot be taken with you, Telekom grants you a special right of termination. Only then.

You can't just quit. You have a valid contract until 30.07.2023.
You must call the hotline to request a move in accordance with the Telecommunications Act ( TKG ). If Telekom cannot fulfil the contract under the same conditions at the new location, it can be terminated early.

thank you @RoadrunnerDD , but I was informed in March about contract cancellation, should Telekom to charge for April, one more month?

the information about the cancelation is not the same as the cancelation date. the notice period is 1 month.

Hi @autumn7531,
unfortunately I couldn't reach you on the phone.
Nevertheless @RoadrunnerDD is right. The timespan between the cancellation order and its execution takes a month.
I also checked your data again and the 28th April was correct.
As @RoadrunnerDD calculated, the amount of money that got refunded was correct as well.
