Two orders created for internet connection

Hello Telekom community,
I am writing in English as I am a new beginner in German.
I created a Telekom order for internet on 14/01/2024. I received an order confirmation mentioning the appointment date as 29/01/2024. Today I received another order confirmation with different order number mentioning a different appointment date 02/02/2024. I did not request for a new order. I am worried if I will be charged 2 times. Could you please help me in finding the correct valid order and hence the appointment date? Also I need help in canceling the duplicate orders if any.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I have now updated the customer number and phone number. I only tried to add the Leitungs-ID (Line ID) information via the ready to surf start page.

Unfortunately, it seems that my colleague @Carolin L. isn't actually available.
So is it possible to get you by phone also in the evenings?
