Umstellung von TV Plus auf TV Smart

Hallo,

mein Vertrag wird am 12.05. von TV Plus auf TV Smart umgestellt. Hierzu wurde mir angekündigt, dass ein Techniker kommt und ich Zuhause sein muss.

Was ändert sich denn technisch, außer dass ein neuer Router (Smart 4) installiert wird, was ich mir auch selbst zutraue? Wozu braucht es einen Techniker?
