Unable to activate fiber optic connection

ich habe heute den "Glasfaser-Anschluss" Link erhalten, bin aber den Schritten bis zum Ende gefolgt und habe einen Fehler erhalten. Ich habe es mehrmals mit dem gleichen Ergebnis versucht. Ich denke, Glasfaser-ID und Modem-ID sind sehr klar und ich habe sie nicht falsch ausgefüllt.

 

 

 

Was soll ich als nächstes tun?

      Hello @jarvan,

       

      I'm very very sorry. It seems that @Christian Ha. was not in the office today. So it's up to me now. 

       

      As I wasn't there when you talked to my colleague, I have to ask again: The Home ID on your glass fiber socket is beginning with A0, right? It's not beginning with 08?

      @Inga Kristina J. @Thanks for taking care.

      Yes, correct, the one I current have is beginning with A0, not 08, whch is an old and invalid one.

      So that in the past week I was asking help you to find the correct one for me.


      The only info I can provide is “der Anschluss ist auf Port 9 am Glasfaser-AP geschaltet.”

      I hope that will help you for finding the Home-ID for me.

      I hope I'm not boring you.

       

      I have one more favor to ask of you, If possible, could you please help me speed up the query process? Because a week ago, I believe another one of your coworkers already opened this ticket for me to find my Home-ID . At that time, she said she would find it for me no later than few days, but a week has passed and I still haven't heard anything.

       

      And initially she contacted me by Telekom service call , so I can't reach her back to check the latest status.

       

      I am very grateful for your help. It is greatly appreciated!

      Hello @jarvan,

       

      actually there's no second ticket. I guess this was the order of the technician who came to you. 

       

      But I have one question: Is the Glasfasermodem 2 actually connected to the fiber socket and plugged in? Then I'll just try something.

      Yes, the Modem 2 is actually connected to the fiber socket and plugged in now.

      I'm glad to let you know that the issue was solved today. This morning a tech came by, then went to the basement and found my Home-ID . Afterwards I used it to activate my internet perfectly.
