      Power lines has nothing to do with the router but they are adapters like Devolo or AVM.

       

      Since you are having PPPoE errors and reconnects you should either report a malfunction using the diagnostic assistance here or wait for a Telekom team member to assist you. (It can take some time for a team member to show up since they are pretty busy.)
