Urgent: Fiber Internet Connection Not Working

Hello,
My fiber internet has stopped working, and the modem shows an error indicating a problem with the cable. I’ve tried contacting support, but I haven’t been able to speak with anyone in English.
In addition, my contract no longer appears in my online account, so I’m unable to resolve the issue through the website.
Could you please help me fix this problem or connect me with an English-speaking support representative?

Hello,
I would like to inform you that my internet connection is working again. I’m not sure what caused the issue, but it seems to have resolved itself.
However, my contract still does not appear in my online account. Could you please help me restore access to it or let me know how to fix this issue?

perfect that the Internet is working again.
Make sure you are using the correct login credentials and that your account is active. You may want to try resetting the password. Do you have the Login Data?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am using the email in which I receive all information from Telekom. I actually can login (as I did before in the past). But when I open my account there is no contracts linked to it. I can't link any landline contract myself also (the option is not allowed to be clicked).
By Login Data, what exactly do you mean?
