OK, @Sergei77 , was ich aber nun nicht verstehe:
Warum schreibst Du überhaupt hier in der Kundencommunity, wenn Du Dich bereits anders entschieden hast und Du gar keine Hilfe brauchst?
Wie gesagt, normalerweise kommen die VVI ziemlich flott per Mail und MÜSSEN bestätigt werden , sonst passiert gar nichts.
