Would like to cancel my order

I ordered internet /TV service about a week ago that i would like to cancel. I have not received an order confirmation email. I do have an order number.

      If you have ordered online or via phone, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days after you got the "Auftragsbestätigung", order confirmation. Use the "Kontaktformular für Festnetz" (www.telekom.de/widerruf) and enter your personal details.

      Thank you.

      However, I do not see a customer number anywhere here. I have the Internet-Eingangsnummer, and that's it. Is there another email I have to wait for?
