Ich habe die Magenta Cloud 500 GB gebucht um meine Festplatte mit meinen Bildern, Videos,... zu sichern und um sie zu synchronisieren.
Leider funktioniert das mal gar nicht!
Die Magenta Cloud Software stürzt ständig ab und kann meine Festplatte nicht synchronisieren.
Was ist bei der Software das Problem, gibt es da einen Trick?
