5g problem

Since I activated the 5g+ gaming option on my number, I have had major problems with incoming calls to my mobile number. I was in your office but the man who worked there did not know how to solve the problem. For example, today I was unavailable more times than available, and because of my job it is very important for me to be available 24/7. Please help me. Unfortunately, I do not speak German if you contact me. Thank you.

      I’m sorry that you are experiencing these limitations since activating the option.

       

      Unfortunately, there are currently frequent issues in this regard. To ensure you can use your mobile plan as usual, I therefore recommend deactivating the option again in the customer center.

       

      Unfortunately, I can’t say at the moment when these issues will be resolved.
