Automatische Aufladung rückgängig machen Prepaid

Ich habe irgendwann mal eine automatische Aufladung für eine Prepaid-Karte eingerichtet. Diese würde ich jetzt allerdings gerne ausschalten

      Hallo @OeMe,

       

      die Bearbeitung der automatischen Aufladung ist technisch nur noch mit einem Telekom Login im Kundencenter möglich. 

       

      Löschung:

      1. Den Reiter "Einstellung & Verwaltung" aufrufen. Hier den Punkt "Zahlungseinstellungen" wählen.
      2. Dort das hinterlegte Zahlungsmandat löschen.
      3. Hierdurch wird auch die automatische Aufladung gelöscht und muss daher neu eingerichtet werden, wenn benötigt.

      Ich hoffe dies hilft als Information weiter.
