Hello, I need some explanations, because I don’t understand completely how things are working here.
I will be moving out of Germany in less than 2 months and need to understand how to cancel my Telekom account properly.
I have an Magenta XL Flex Young tariff and that’s why I can cancel it in a month, as far as I know. So if I want to cancel it I need to apply for cancellation and than I will be able to use my cell for month from the date of applying for cancellation? Than I’ll receive a final bill to pay? Right?
