Cellular contract issues. English Speaking customer service

I have had a Telekom Cellular account since January 2020. I stopped receiving a monthly bill back in March of 2023..it is now May 2023. 

When I login into my Magenta app, all of my information has disappeared. 

I need help with this issue...is my contract terminated? 

 

I've called every number that is listed and either nobody answers or they don't speak english. 

 

And yes...my phone still receives phone calls and text messages so I don't know what the issue is. Please help.

      Have you tried it directly in the customer center: https://www.telekom.de/kundencenter/rechnungsuebersicht

       

       

      So that the team can help, please fill out your profile completely. Link in my signature. You are otherwise anonymous here. Also in the 3rd field, under further information, enter when you can always best be reached. The team is out and about here every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Weekends and holidays too, but less busy. Have your IBAN ready for legitimation (last 6 digits)

      1. The only additional information I can provide is my cell phone number...I am unable to provide my account number as I immediately shred invoices once I make online payments.  I do not see where I enter my IBAN number

      It says in the title and initial post that this is about cellular account issues. How do I move this to the correct thread? 

       

      Also...as I've already said...I shred all documents after making payments and do not have my account number anywhere. 

       

      As I've already said...when I login to my account...no information is available for my account,  it is like my account never existed....but my phone still works and I still recieve calls and texts

      So it's about cellphones? You have opened your thread in the fixed network. I would then move your thread. The customer number should also be on the order confirmation. Otherwise please wait for the team

      I have a Telekom Cell Phone plan dating back to January 2020. I have never had any issues until now....

      The last bill I recieved was in March of 2023. I have recieved NOTHING in the mail from Telekom pertaining to my account. 

      When I sign into the Magenta App and also the online page, all of my account information is no longer there and it is as if my account never existed.

       

      My phone still recieves and makes phone calls and I still recieve text messages. 

       

      What is the issue? 

      I cant find any information on my account number because like I said above...all of my account information is blank when logging in to any services.

      A strong indication that the contract is not terminated.

      Possibly you use "wrong" login data (in the sense that you do not reach "your" customer portal)

      For 3 years I have recieved a bill in the mail.

      The last bill I recieved was in March of this year.

      When I sign into my account online...it states that I have no cellular contract and that I need to add one. This is the same account that I've logged into for 3 years now. 

       

      I can still make calls and text messages...but there is no record of any of my information what so ever

      So snail mail, no email and hence not spam folder relevant.

       

      I am afraid that with only the phone number not even a Telekom Teamie can help you.

      Maybe best would be to go to a local Telekom shop (one of the native ones, not to a franchise/partner)

      no, that could be another Problem with the app. Because some other customer have as well this weekend Problems with the App.

      Abgesehen von dem allgemein manche Personen betreffenden Mei Magenta App Problem, hat der  User angegeben zuletzt für März zu seinem Mobilfunkvertrag eine Rechnung erhalten zu haben, obwohl er weiterhin telefonieren kann.

       

      Könnte einer von Euch oder einer Eurer Kollegen mal nachsehen, woran das liegen könnte? @Kathrin W.  @Markus Km. 

      Bevorzugt jemand, der in Englisch mit dem User kommunizieren könnte?

      I feel like nobody is paying attention to the fact that I've not recieved a phone bill since March but can still use my phone...

       

      The app itself is not the issue...my app works just fine...when I login into my account both on the app with my phone and on the website with a computer...there is absolutely nothing for my account and it is as if I never had an account with Telekom in the first place. 

       

      I want to get this handled before Telekom sticks me with some legal nonsense..(the reputation for this situation is very common) 

      Thanks for taking the time to read everything but this has been no help with zero progress. I  will go to the local Telekom store and hopefully they can help.

      Ist your cellular contract a

      Magenta Mobile Young?

       

      Because the Teamies suspect that people with Young in the name of their Mobile contract have My Magenta App problems.

      It still says that I have no contract and that I have a business account...how is this possible?
