Die neue SIM-Karte erkennt das Netzwerk nicht

Hallo. Ich habe die SIM-Karte vor etwa 42 Stunden in das Telefon eingelegt und Mitarbeiter der Telekom teilten mir mit, dass die Karte aktiviert sei.

 

Das Telefon erkennt diese Karte, aber die SIM-Karte kann keine Verbindung zum Netzwerk herstellen.

Ein Neustart hilft nicht, das Problem liegt nicht am Telefon. Andere SIM-Karten funktionieren

 

Was kann ich sonst noch tun?

Hello. I put the SIM card in the phone about 42 hours ago and Telekom staff told me that the card was activated.

The phone recognizes this card, but the SIM card cannot connect to the network.

Restarting does not help, the problem is not with the phone. Other SIM cards work

      was heißt "Das Telefon erkennt die SIM-Karte"? Meinst du damit, dass es die SIM- PIN akzeptiert? Wenn ja, das ist ein lokaler Vorgang, der nichts mit dem Mobilfunknetzwerk selbst zu tun hat. Wenn sich die SIM-Karte nicht ins Mobilfunknetz einwählt, ist das ein Hinweis, dass sie noch nicht aktiviert ist.       Entschuldigen Sie, wenn der Beitrag etwas verwirrend ist. Ich spreche nicht wirklich Deutsch, also benutze ich einen Übersetzer.

       

      Mein Telefon erkennt, dass die SIM-Karte zur Telekom gehört und bietet mir sogar die Möglichkeit, mich mit dem Telekom-Netz zu verbinden. Die SIM-Karte selbst stellt aber gar keine Verbindung her. SIM- PIN wird auch akzeptiert

       

      Die SIM-Karte ist aktiv, wie mir Telekom-Mitarbeiter und der von Ihnen angegebene Link mitgeteilt haben.

      No problem, @DisMorales, we can switch to English.

       

      How do you recognise that the SIM card does not connect with the mobile network of Telekom? Is there any error message? What happens when you try to connect? Did you buy the SIM card from Telekom directly or is it a vendor who uses the mobile network of Telekom like Freenet, Klarmobil, or Congstar?

      Great,thank you, @LutzV !

       

      So my phone recognises the card, by showing me "Telekom.de" name of the card, it detects the network although "emergency calls only".

      The phone also shows me a  "Telekom.de (currently unavailable)" in "Calls and SMS" setting.

      In "Network" setting I can manually choose a network for the SIM, which is "Telekom.de" in our case, but I only get a "couldn't connect" message.

       

      APN settings are also automatically applied and they are valid.

       

      I bought it through Telekom.de website.

      Hello @DisMorales,

       

      "emergency calls only" indicates that the SIM card has not been activated yet, no Matter what the Telekom employee told you. Try to activate it at https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/sim-aktivieren?samChecked=true

       

      If that does not work you might want to grab another SIM card, put it into your phone and call Telekom customer service at 0800 330 2202. They might help. You also might wait here for a Telekom employee seeing your post and contacting you. But that might take some time. In the mean time, make sure that you provided your personal information here: https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:telekom-custom-user-profile-userdata This information can be only seen by you and Telekom employees.

      Hello, @LutzV !

       

      I tried to activate it, but it is already written "active" and if I try to enter settings, the system sends me a confirmation code to the number which is on the SIM that doesn't work.

       

      I have already contacted a Telekom employee, he tried his best to help me, but at the very end, we decided to get me a new SIM.
