Ich habe die app Mein Magenta installiert und wurde aufgefordert mittels eines Sicherheitscode meine Emailadresse zu bestätigen. Wenn ich den Code eingebe, erhalte ich die Meldung

Mehrfach versucht, immer vergeblich.

Kann die app deshalb nicht benutzen ?
