English customer support for opt-in

I'm using telekom prepaid sim at the moment and have obtained the contract to opt-in to o2 yearly contract instead. I'm trying to contact the shop and hotline(AI) to no avail. I also need my kundennummer for that as well and I haven't been able to access my kundennummer because I don't have it to begin with. Thank you in advance

The customer number is necessary for authentification but if you have the other aspects we can also do this process. So at first: Do you have your card number of your current prepaid plan or your customer account number?

Which Telekom prepaid tariff do you have?
I have recently changed to Telekom prepaid yearly tariff, price for one year 100€ (effectively 8,33€) and at least 20 GByte per month (remaining GByte will be transferred to the next month, so you can have a maximum/peak of 40 GByte in one month, provided that you left 20 in the previous month). Also usage in Switzerland is included. Just think about it - would be a simple tariff change
