esim profil prepaid kann nicht aktiviert werden

I have prepaid sim and changed it to esim from the customercenter, now my original sim is blocked and i cannot download the esim profile because it send sms code to my deactivated sim, i went to telekom shop and the technical person told me that i cannot change my sim to esim for prepaid and i have to call the support to re-activate my normal sim, which sound weird to me as i see posts from people who converted to esim for prepaid. my number is blocked now and i need help ASAP
also, i cannot find any contact number for English support
Ich habe eine Prepaid-SIM-Karte im Kundencenter in ESIM geändert. Jetzt ist meine ursprüngliche SIM-Karte gesperrt und ich kann das ESIM-Profil nicht herunterladen, da es einen SMS-Code an meine deaktivierte SIM-Karte sendet. Ich ging zum Telekom-Shop und die technische Person sagte mir, dass dies nicht möglich ist ändere meine sim auf esim für prepaid und ich muss den support anrufen, um meine normale sim wieder zu aktivieren. das hört sich komisch an, wenn ich posts von Leuten sehe, die auf esim für prepaid umgestellt haben. Meine Nummer ist jetzt gesperrt und ich brauche umgehend Hilfe

Deine deaktivierte SIM-Karte kann technisch nicht mehr aktiviert werden.
Ein Telekom-Shop kann dir eine neue SIM-Karte oder ein neues eSIM-Profil direkt aushändigen.
Alternativ kann eine SIM-Karte oder ein eSIM Profil über den Kundenservice per Post bestellt werden.

I went to the official telecom store in Marienplatz, Munich and the guy there told me he cannot give me ESIM because my contract is prepaid, and i asked him if he sure about that ? i want esim only not multisim, if it’s not allowed why would the online system allow me to do the change, he told me he’s sure and he doesn’t know why the system allows it
when I asked him to give me a new SIM or reactivate the old one he told me that they also can't do that either and I have to call the support line and give them my sim card number !
To be honest, the guy was very rude, unprofessional and providing me with false information !
I think i will try to go again tomorrow and see if someone can help !

did it work in the end?
You can switch your prepaid card as well into an eSIM for your phone, but it doesn't work in a watch.
If you still need a new SIM-Card, please give me a hint and I order it for you (the number stays the same) the old one can not be activated again.

After several visits to telekom shops which were not having esim available, and long conversations with employees who were sure that converting prepaid to esim is not possible, i was finally able today to get an esim from one of the telekom shops and activate it.

After several visits to telekom shops which were not having esim available, and long conversations with employees who were sure that converting prepaid to esim is not possible, i was finally able today to get an esim from one of the telekom shops and activate it.
