EU Roaming iPhone Hotspot Not Working - no IP address

Iphone hotspot used to work fine in EU / other countries, until January this year 2024. Now I can’t connect my computer or iPad to my iPhone hotspot - due to no IP address.
I tried EVERYTHING, restart, WiFi settings, etc.
I have also contacted Telekom customer service, but the request remains unanswered.

Telekom chat - useless. Repeatedly just leaves the conversation after I ask the question.

Is there anyone here that can help?
Magenta XL Tariff, iPhone 15 Pro.

Any advice gratefully appreciated.
