As far as I know, it should be possible, because I know from my own experience that the tariff "Connect S" with TLC-Watch is activated via an E-SIM.

According Telekom info the way goes first via a physical SIM - and once this is activated then the prepaid contract is turned towards an eSIM.

thanks for your requests. As @muc80337_2 already suggested, there is only a two-step option for Prepaid eSim.

When are you reachable by phone? I tried it a few minutes ago but couldn't reach you.

Just once more: this is not possible for prepaid. Not as of today.

For prepaid you need to follow the two step process as described:

1) buy and activate physical SIM

2) change to eSIM

But your request is also possible to explain here via our community. 

As @muc80337_2 and me already explained, you need to go the same way for your wife's eSIM like you did. 

You're using prepaid, so there isn't any MultiSIM option which would make it possible to send you directly an eSIM profile.

The order is possible on all common ways like online, hotline or also with me from Telekom hilft. You can order the physical SIM on each way and after it's been activated you can change it to an eSIM profile.
