I want to continue my internet contract and to move internet connection to new apartment

Hi Telekom,

Recently cancelled my contract which is going end on 03rd of June2022 by writing a letter to you. But have a active contract until 03 June2022. Then fortunately I came know that I will be staying here for some more time. And also I moved to new apartments which is around 50metres from my old house. I want to move the internet connection to new place. So then I checked with nearby Telekom shop and service person told me I cannot raise a request to change for connection location, as the system is reflecting that my contract is terminated. I don't know if its a real issue to revoke my termination and to change connection to new home adress. Could you please as soon  as possible, because my job is mainly dependent on internet. It would be great if you help on this. thanks

      Hey @marunkumar.erd

Notice of termination was not necessary here.

Ordering a move (see here ) would have been enough.

The requests are written in German and I don't know if you understand the text. Better wait for a Teamis answer as suggested by @ak123

      Hello @marunkumar.erd,

welcome to our community and thank you for the friendly conversation we had on the phone!

As promised, I'll now cancel the termination of your contract and then order a move of your line to the new address as soon as possible.
All of that will additionally reach you via mail in a few minutes, as you wished.

      Kind regards
      Anna J.

Just to keep up here for anyone else to read this:

I just booked the move of the line valid from 13th October, which was the earliest possible appointment.

      Kind regards
      Anna J.
