Kein 5G Empfang

Hallo, 

 

Ich habe jetzt zu einem 5G Jahrestarif gewechselt und laut Mitarbeiter im Shop ist auch alles fertig aktiviert. Leider habe ich immer noch keinen 5G Empfang. Ich habe es mitten in Frankfurt am Main und auch in Darmstadt probiert.

 

Mein Handy? LG Velvet 5G . Android 12.

Mein Tarif? 5G Jahrestarif neu seit 28.02.2022.

 

Hat jemand eine Idee, außer das Handy mal neu zu starten?

      Hallo, Ja ich scheine vom eBay Verkäufer die US Version untergejubelt bekommen zu haben. Zumindest sagt mein Handy LG-G900UM.

       

      Da LG ja den Smartphone Sektor eingestellt hat ist es nicht so einfach vom LG Support eine verlässliche Info zu bekommen.

       

      Manche Websites sagen alle Frequenzen und Bänder wäre da, andere sehen 78 und 1 nicht bei meinem Modell...
