Keine Bestellbestätigung Prepaid

Hallo,

Ich hatte am Montag 26.05.2025 eine Telekom-Prepaid-Karte bestellt. Die darauf folgende Identifizierung per Nect Wallet war erfolgreich. Ich habe bislang weder Bestellbestätigung (auch nicht im Junk-Ordner) noch SIM-Karte  erhalten. Kann ich trotzdem hoffen, dass der Auftrag bearbeitet wird, oder ist er vielleicht im Nirvana gelandet?

      Hey @Robert Schwenn grundsätzlich bekommt man sofort eine Bestätigung.

      Bitte hinterlege eine Rückrufnummer, dass wir einmal dazu telefonieren können.

      Passt es jetzt noch zeitlich?
