Hallo,

ich habe mein MagentaMobil Prepaid L aufgeladen. Ich habe aber keine neuen Freiminuten erhalten. Bei *100*3# wurde gesagt, dass meine Freiminuten verbraucht sind, obwohl ich nicht telefoniert habe. Internet wurde mir neu aufgeladen.
