Vom Forenbereich her in welchem der Thread eingestellt ist (Mobilfunk und Apps) - vielleicht geht es um dieses Problem:
Du kannst die IP-Telefonie, die von Deinem heimischen Telekom IP-Anschluss kommt, unterwegs nur in solchen WLANs nutzen, die zu einem anderen Telekom DSL-Anschluss gehören. In einem WLAN, das nicht an einem Telekom Internetzugang hängt, funktioniert die Anmeldung der App am Telekom Server leider nicht.

Anhand deiner Beschreibung fällt es mir leider sehr schwer herauszufiltern, was genau das Problem ist.
Kannst du mir hierzu bitte einmal nähere Angaben machen?

Welches Endgerät wird verwendet?
Softwarestand?
