MagentaEins Prepaid nach Wechsel von Mobil-Vertrag

Hallo Telekom Team,

 

ich bin vom Mobil-Vertrag (Magenta Mobil S (4. Generation) zu MagentaMobil Prepaid L gewechselt. Vor dem Wechsel hatte ich MagentaEins gebucht (zusammen mit MagentaZuhause XL).

Aktuell kann ich für die neue Kombination MagentaEins nicht buchen, obwohl doch die Vorraussetzungen erfüllt sind.
