Hallo,

gerade kam auf eine Nummer meines Vertrags eine SMS mit dem Inhalt "MagentaMobil Prepaid M ist nicht mehr nutzbar. Zur Reaktivierung bitte aufladen....".

Dabei wurde gerade erst heute Nacht die automatische Aufladung durchgeführt und es ist noch ausreichend Guthaben auf der Karte.

Was ist hier das Problem? Warum kommt eine solche SMS, obwohl alle Bedingungen erfüllt sind?
