Nach Wechsel zu Prepaid keine mobile Internetverbindung

Guten Morgen,

nach Wechsel von meinem Business Mobil Tarif auf einen Prepaid Tarif funktioniert die mobile Internetverbindung nicht mehr, obwohl 5G angezeigt wird. Habe bereits das Handy mehrfach neu gestartet. Muss irgendwie mit dem Vertragswechsel zusammenhängen.

Danke schon mal im voraus für jede Hilfe....
