Ich habe den Magenta Mobil L mit Premium Smartphone. Heute könnte ich meinen Vertrag verlängern aber mir wird angezeigt "nicht für ihre Vertragsverlängerung verfügbar.

woran liegt das?? Was mache ich nur falsch?
