Hallo,
Ich habe bei der Telekom ein Handy bestellt. Es heißt, es sei geliefert worden, das ist aber nicht der Fall. Es sollte heute, am 06.12.2024, geliefert worden sein.

Sorry english is easier. I ordered a cell phone from the magenta store. Supposedly it was delivered today, but there is no notice in my mailbox nor package at my doorstep. What can I do in this case?
