Per Telefon habe ich heute Mittag meinen Mobilfunkvertrag mit neuem Smartphone geändert/verlängert.

In meiner Vorvertraglichen Pflichtinformation sind die mit ihrer Mitarbeiterin besprochenen Rabatte nicht enthalten.
