Prepaid - Automatische Aufladung. Funktionsweise

Hallo,

Man kann ja eine automatische Aufladung seines Prepaidguthabens einrichten wenn die Tarifzahlung fällig ist und das Guthaben nicht ausreicht.

Zur Wahl stehen 15€, 30€, 50€ oder 100€.

 

Mein Tarif koster 19,95€, ich habe 0€ Guthaben. Wenn ich jetzt beispielsweise automatisch 15€ aufladen lasse reicht das ja mit einer Aufladung nicht. Wird die Logik dann automatisch 2x15€ Aufladen, oder nur einmal 15€ und dann behaupten das mein Guthaben nicht reicht?

      Hallo @coscast ich würde Ihnen raten in Ihrem fall die 30 € variante zu wählen. Von den 30 € werden dann 19,95 € für Ihr Guthaben genommen und etwa 10 € verbleiben. Nächsten Monat werden dann wieder 30 € abgebucht und es verbleiben erneut 10 € guthaben, sodass Sie dann zusammen 20 € restguthaben haben und dementsprechend im darauffolgenden Monat nichts mehr abgebucht wird Fröhlich
