Rückgabestatus und Vertragsstatus

Hello,

 

Because of DSL connection establishments for home internet, I returned the products (a router and a SIM card) within 14 days.

And according to the DHL status report, the products has reached to destination.
Now, How can I see the actual status of the contract and the returned goods on the customer panel or Telekom app?

      Good Morning,
      As a rule, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS when everything has arrived at Telekom. This can sometimes take a few days.

      the order could be booked successfully now. 

       

      Today you got an email with the conformation and the appointment with the technician.
