Sim Karte im PC mit PUK entsperren

Hallo zusammen!

Ich nutze meine SIM-Karte für die Datenflat bei Telekom direkt im Laptop. Jetzt habe ich 3x meine PIN falsch eingegeben.

Wie komme ich am Laptop (Betriebssystem Windows 8.1) an die Stelle, an der ich die PUK zum Entsperren und eine neue PIN eingeben kann, um wieder mobiles Breitband nutzen zu können?
