Hallo Telekomteam,

ich wollte online meinen Tarif: Magenta Mobil M mit Smartphone  zu dem Tarif ohne Smartphone ändern.

Ich hatte auch bei der Hotline angerufen, die Herren konnten mir leider nicht wirklich helfen.

Könnte mir jemand vom Telekom Team helfen.
